He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hickman Taylor, Jr. and Esther Browne Taylor; his daughter Jennifer Van L. Bezdon; and his brothers, George H. Taylor, III and Richard D. Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Kipp; his daughters, Cynthia Royer (James) of Harrisburg, PA and Catherine Effland (Charles) of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Sara Royer Matthews and David Royer; and his daughters, Taylor, Amanda and Abigail Effland. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
