He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lombardi and Mary Lombardi; and his sister Mary Parrella. He is survived by: his wife Madeline C. Lombardi; his children, Michael Lombardi (Carmella) and Laurie Lombardi (Steve Carlini); and his grandchildren, Michael Lombardi, Danielle DiCamillo (Derek) and Madeline Carlini.
