He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Y. McGown, Jr. and Marie Kalusky McGown. He is survived by: his spouse Augusta Byrnes McGown; his daughters, Ellen McGown (Lucia) and Ann Mellon (Stephen); his nephew Monroe Y. McGown IV (Maria); and his grandsons, Patrick Mellon (Symone) and Daniel Mellon.
