She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Benson and Gladys Haynes Benson; her brother Ron; and her former husband James W. MacFadden, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Mark Osmond; her former husband Mac; her son Jim MacFadden (Dee); her grandchildren, Kristin MacFadden-Ray (Steve) and James W. MacFadden III (Sunny); her great grandchildren, Connor, Tyler, Makenzie, Harlow and James, IV; her brother Derek Benson (Stella); and her stepdaughters, Susan Patterson (David), Shirley Swafford, Lorna Rooney (Jerry) and Nellie Lonnemann (Thomas).
