He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hassinger Boyer; his parents, Edward James Boyer and Shirley Boyer; his children, Christopher Boyer and Kathleen "Katie" Boyer (Steven Clark); his siblings-in-law, Michael and Maryellen Byrne; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Byrne, Alexa Byrne, Mallory Byrne and Olivia Byrne.
