He is survived by: his parent Anna Char (Jordan); his children, Christine Char (Michael Kornacki), Edward, Jr. (Christine) and Patricia Burke (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lexi, Vincent, Brandon, Clare, Lucy, Hannah and Eddie; his sibling Jack Char (Ann); and his nephews, Max, Keltie and Billie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces.
