He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Shinn and Julia Shinn. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Patricia Schnell, Francis Jr. (Donna), Kathleen Bradlee (Jonathan) and Joseph (Laura); his grandchildren, Francis III, Laura, Bryant, Ryan and Sarah Kathryn; and his brothers, Edward (Karren) and Thomas. He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
