He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. and Marguerite Bloomer Sr.; and his wife Virginia Bloomer. He is survived by: his children, Linda C. Riccio (Salvatore) of Douglasville, PA and Charles D. Bloomer (Stacey) of West Chester, PA; his grandchildren, Stephen Bloomer, Michelle Bloomer and Jason Riccio; and his great grandchild Aiden Riccio.
