It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank E. Milliman (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Milliman and Crystal Wilbur Milliman; and his siblings, Eileen, Herbert, Robert, William, James and Charles.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas (Janet) of Lyons, N. Y..
Interment will be private at South Lyons Cemetery, N.Y.
