He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Lamb Nagorny (Jackie); his father William Jason Nagorny; and his siblings, Olga Norton, Mary Ann Throup and Bill Nagorny.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Nagorny (Kathy) of West Chester and Beth Semptimphelter (Tom) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Stephen Semptimphelter, Katrina Nagorny and Jason Nagorny.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to an organization close to George and Jackie's heart, Safe Harbor of Chester County.
