She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ambecker and Gertrude Ambecker; her sister Wilma Rubino; and her former husband Robert Kraus. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Tillio and Donna Chen; her son-in-law Aaron Chen; her sister Marie Koenig; her brother-in-law Augustus Rubino; and her nephews, Doug, Philip (Barbara) and Michael (Kristin Rubino).
