She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Bolton; her parents, Thomas W. Scruggs and Ella Scruggs (Rayne); and her sibling Gerry Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Lee Bolton and Thomas Bryan Bolton, III (Heather Kellogg); and her grandsons, David and Jeffrey Bolton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
