She was predeceased by: her spouse George M. Millar; and her sister Doris Egan. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Mary Lou O'Donnell, Elizabeth Egan and Tara Anderson; her daughter Diane Millar (Debbie) of Santa Rosa, CA; and her brother Anthony Packard of Langhorne, PA. She is also survived by her seven nieces and nephews; her fourteen great nieces and nephews; and her 14 great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Helen's name to: Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3819 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19034; an organization which Helen supported over the years.
