We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2022, at the age of 91, Hugo Federico Rodriguez D. (West Chester, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Ann Blanchard; his children, Hugo Jr., Suzanne, Todd, Nicole, Ellana and Anthony; his adoptive sons, Claudio and Chanel; and his son Claudio Martinez. He is also survived by spouses and many grandchildren.
