It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A. Phelan (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his cousin Joseph Phelan (Harriet) of Parrish, FL; his wife Nancy Phelan; and his children, Maureen Quinn (Bill), Daniel Phelan (Darlene), Neil Phelan (Maureen) and Kathleen Dinella (Dave). He is also survived by his wife, brothers, and cousin.

Memorial contributions may be made to Chester County Hero Fund, 202 Ford Circle, West Chester, PA 19380.
