He was predeceased by: his brother Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae; his children, Esther Streusand (Douglas) and Richard Sears (Lynne); and also, Art Holland (Diane), Ruth Proctor (Lance) and Amy Czajkowski (Bob). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family requests donations to Brandywine Senior Living at Longwood in lieu of flowers.
