He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rosenthal and Melba Rosenthal; his wife Marilyn J. Rosenthal; and his sister Margaret Kopman. He is survived by: his children, Linda S. Rosenthal, Richard J. Rosenthal (Sharon) and Barbara J. Santilli; his grandchildren, Ryan Tjarks, Jade Rosenthal-Moritsugu, Stephen Rosenthal, Sarah Rosenthal, Ava Santilli, Gianna Santilli and John Santilli, Jr.; and his pet Maggie.
