With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Jackson of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Sunnyvale, California, who passed away on May 13, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Claudius and Nancy Jean Jackson; his wife Bridget K. Jackson; his children, Douglas J. Jackson, Ashley K. Jackson and Christopher G. Jackson; his sister Julie Hampson (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Kelsey and Kyle Hampson; his parents-in-law, Greg and Joanne Dugan; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Dugan (Shannon) and Jim Dugan (Shannon).
