He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Sr. Smith and Patricia Bortz Smith; and his sister-in-law Marcia Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Fry Smith; his daughters, Kari Hoffman (Greg) and Allyssa Mowday (Jeremiah); his brother Thomas H. Smith Jr.; and his grandchildren, Riley, Liam, Jace and Josie.
