With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan F. Halpin (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bennett and Ann Bennett; her husband Thomas L. Halpin; her son Michael Halpin; and her sister Marian Lamanna.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas E. Halpin and Ann Graziano (Gene); her grandsons, Stephen and David Graziano; and her sister Ellen Perry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
