With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Orr of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Edward Harper of Avondale; and her siblings, Norman Jr., George, Grace (Haws), Helen (Macleary) and Lt. James Paul.

She is survived by: her husband Peter W. Orr. She is also survived by six children.
