He was loved and cherished by many people including: his great grandchild John James Duffy Jr; his wife Marie; and his children, Bridget Wilson (Barry), Jane Maughan (Bill), Casey (Christine), Seamus (Cathy), Shannon, Fitz (Tarra) and Shavin (Wendy). He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Duffy Family Endowed Foundation; Caron Treatment Centers 243 N Galen Hall Road Wernersville, PA 19565.
