He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Emrich and Anna Emrich (Cicak); and his wife Patricia Emrich. He is survived by: his children, J. David Emrich (Jamie), Johnna A. Rice (Jay) and Megan A. Mattia; and his brother Edward Emrich.
