He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Balch and Aline Balch. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Uhrich, Greg Balch, Jeff Balch (Lisa) and Ken Balch (Kim); his grandchildren, Carolyn, Jay, Christopher and Matthew; and his siblings, Edgar Balch (Loretta) and Patricia Green (Roland). He is also survived by wife of 63 years, and his children.
