He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Salisbury and Phebe Salisbury (Enos). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Croll; and his sons, Mark A. (Cherylann), Perry W. (Christine) and Hal A. (Angeline). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
