It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Whitlock of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Whitlock and Elizabeth Whitlock; and his son Phillip J. Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Whitlock; his children, Joe Whitlock (Beth), Michael P. Whitlock, James R. Whitlock (Jennifer), Anne T. Marziani (Bruce) and Mary Cunningham (Jesse); and his brother William P. Whitlock (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
