Smith (Esther Gay) of Berwyn; his stepmother Esther Gay Smith of Berwyn; his brothers, Keith, Ken, Kirk and Kyle; his nephews, Kristopher, Scott, Tanner, Tristin, Matthew and Andrew; and his niece Rachel.
