He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Isabel Woodward of Avondale; his sisters, Lana Gill (Earl Shortledge) and Rita Woodward-Phillos; his son Larry Woodward II; and his niece Missy Gill.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Patty; his son Randy Woodward (Diane); his grandchildren, Randy Woodward Jr., Larry Woodward III, Kayla Woodward, Melissa Woodward-Witwer (Bill Witwer) and Debra Pugh; his niece Stephanie Lucas; and his nephew Steven Johansen. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
