He is survived by: his parent Mary Bernot (Kabasevich); his children, Michael V. Bernot (Joane Zeitz), Paul Bernot (Brenda) and Rachelle Miele; his grandchildren, Nicholas Miele, Christopher Miele and Michael Bernot; his sibling Rosemarie Burns (late Rob); and his sibling-in-law Mary Shearn (William).
