She was predeceased by: her parents, John McHugh and Helen McHugh; her husband Joseph H. Whitlock; and her son Phillip J. Whitlock. She is survived by: her children, Joe Whitlock (Beth), Michael P. Whitlock, James R. Whitlock (Jennifer), Anne T. Marziani (Bruce) and Mary Cunningham (Jesse); and her brother Bob McHugh (Virginia). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
