He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mundy and Lena Belfiglio Mundy; his wife Joanne B. Mundy; and his sister Emily Windle. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mundy (Geneane) and Frank Mundy (Beth); his siblings, Kathleen Raguckaf, Marie Cuddhy, Diane Russell, Thomas Mundy and Daniel Mundy; and his granddaughter Madison Mundy.
