He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wright and Bernice Sullivan; and his children, Linda Casson and Marklyn J. Durnell. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Mae Durnell; his children, Terry Graham (Mark) of Lithonia, GA, Phyllis Durness of West Chester, PA and Phillip Durnell Jr. of Pittsburg, PA; and his siblings, Elwood Durnell of Coatesville, PA and Charlotte Henry. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
