He is survived by: his brother Fred Kolloff (MaryAnn); his sister-in-law Janet Koestner (Paul); his children, Richard M. Kolloff (Mary Lou), Patti Bramson (Kolloff) and Susie Chappell (Kolloff); his grandchildren, Kelly Duell (Kolloff), Jenny Mayer (Kolloff), Lindsay Marjoram (Bramson), Michelle Braga (Bramson), Alex Chappell (Julie) and Emily Chappell; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Duell, Abby Mayer and Jack Marjoram.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution to the Calvary Lutheran music program.
