He is survived by: his wife Jessica Stephan Spencer; his son James C. Spencer; his brother William P. Spencer (Elaine); his grandchildren, James R. Spencer and Cameron A. Spencer; and his nephews, Gregory R. Spencer and Paul A. Spencer.
