He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jackson Horne and Kathryn Henrietta Bricker Horne. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Smith Horne; his children, Allison Horne of West Chester, Barbara Horne Williamson (Ron) of West Chester and David Jackson Horne (Meredith) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Ryan Spera Williamson (Laura), Morgan Joan Williamson, Ethan Robert Williamson, Andrew Jackson Horne, Jason Bricker Horne and Kellan Dorothy Williamson; and his great grandchild Waylon Spera Williamson. He is also survived by wife, children and grandchildren, as well as his extended family.
