He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Phiel and Louise Phiel; and his siblings, Gerry and Sandy. He is survived by: his brother Tom (Barb); his wife Linda J. Phiel; his children, Bob Phiel (Sue) of Hampstead, NC, Wendy Phiel of Pottstown, PA and Jen Fort (Clive) of Coatesville, PA; and his grandchildren, Steve Walsh and Kendall Walsh.
