It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie O'Keefe of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene J. McManus and Madeliene K. McManus; her brother Eugene Jr.; and her grandparent Day. She is survived by: her son Brian Thomas (Paige); her husband Francis T. O'Keefe Jr.; her son Kevin; and her grandchildren, Chase, Maddie and Colin. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Agnes Church (233 W Gay St, West Chester, PA 19380). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
