He was predeceased by : his brothers, John Dougherty and Edward Dougherty. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Ann "Kate" Pinner; his sons, Robert Mutz (Laura) and Samuel A. Mutz (Tracy); his brothers, Charles Dougherty, William Dougherty and Joseph Peter Dougherty; his grandchildren, Samuel Mutz, Benjamin Mutz, Luke Mutz, Brady Mutz, Annie Mutz, Brett Mutz and Wade Mutz; and his aunt Lucy Loughlin.
