Shirley Balch Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 91, Shirley Balch (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Poultney, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her parents, Kenneth Parker and Blanche Parker; her sister Beverly; and her brother-in-law Edgar Pharmer.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Uhrich, Greg Balch, Jeff Balch (Lisa) and Ken Balch (Kim); her grandchildren, Carolyn, Chris, Jay and Matt; her sister Betty Bennett; and her parents-in-law, Edgar, Loretta Balch, Roland and Patricia Green. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Women and Children at 113 West Chestnut Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
