She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Spangler and Pauline Spangler; her husband Vincent J. Lukach; and her brother Robert Spangler, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Golden (Charles); her grandchildren, Kyle (Meghan), Kenneth and Neil; her great grandchildren, Caelan and Isla; and her sister Barbara Grabarits (late Anthony).
