It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Bernadette Sharkey Startzell of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Sharkey and Bridget Sharkey; her sons, Larry Startzell (MaryRita) and James Startzell; and her siblings, Sean Sharkey and Eileen Colgan.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Startzell (Larry); her daughters, Cheryl Axsom (Charles) of Houston, TX and Dawn Dodsworth (James) of Estero, FL; her grandchildren, Justin (Josephine), Kate (Jarrod), Kelly, Larry, Jackie, Matthew, Ashley, Brynn (Kade) and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Brayden and Henry; her child-in-law Robin Startzell (James); and her sisters, Mary P. Wood of Havertown, PA and Ann King (Thomas) of Medford Lakes, NJ.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
