She is survived by: her mother Theresa M. Fochtman (Hillegas); her children, Cristina (Eric Bennett) of West Chester, Melissa (Nick Bianco) of Downingtown and Andrew Garvey (Madison); her siblings, Bernadette Wolfe, Leo Fochtman (Lizabeth), Edward Fochtman (Tammy), Frank Fochtman (Debbie), Lester Fochtman (Michelle), Linda Parker and Lisa Barbee; and her grandchildren, Annabelle, Evelyn, Luca, Vista, Rowan and Remi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Teresa can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
