With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas F. Hannan of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Francis Hannan and Elizabeth Reilly Hannan. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Hannan; his brother Larry Hannan (Betty Hannan); his children, Rachel Breen (Michael Breen), Kevin Hannan and Timothy Hannan; and his grandchildren, Cullen Breen, Dylan Breen and Ella Sheehan Hannan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Church (15 E Pleasant Grove Rd, West Chester, PA 19382). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
