Moffa; his wife Joan Moffa; his children, Thomas Moffa, Michelle Phillips and Michael Moffa (Nancy); his grandchildren, William Phillips, Matthew Phillips, Erin Moffa and Michael Moffa; and his sister Eileen MacAlpine. He was also cherished by his wife, children and grandchildren.
