With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William E. Fell Sr. of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Edwin and Kathyrn McGrogan Fell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Loncala Fell; his sons, William E. Fell, Jr. and Brian M. Fell (Grace Young Fell); his grandchildren, Grant, Grayson, Noah and Blake; his sister Kathyrn Fell Stetka; and his sons, Cubmaster, Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop.
