He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Schultheis and Dorothy Schultheis; his wife Sharon; his sister Linda Woodward; his children, Steven (Michelle), Samantha and Christopher (Stephanie); and his granddaughter Everly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Beach Haven Volunteer Fire Department.
