We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2015, at the age of 58, Donald H. Foster Jr. (West Decatur, Pennsylvania), born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald H., Sr. and Arlene Foster (Stevens); and his siblings, Barbara Evans and Jonathan Robert Foster. He is survived by : his siblings, Gracie M. Foster of West Decatur, PA, Erman Thomas Foster (Sue) of Morrisdale, PA., Ronald L. Foster of West Decatur, PA. and Jamie Foster (Jill) of Woodland, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
