She is survived by: her children, Jose A. Ortiz, Amy M. Miller (William M. Miller), Jaylyn M. Vives, Marcus A. Vives and Jayden A. Vives; and her sisters, Xiomara Perez (Reinardo Perez, Jr.), Angelica Rodriguez (Joseph Rodriguez) and Natalie Baez-Alvarez.
