She was predeceased by: her parents, Ines Maria Ortiz and Feliciano DeJesus; and her daughter Rhaiza Irizarry. She is survived by: her children, Enid Lozada of Allentown, Carmen Colon of West Lawn, Maria Ortiz of Florida, Janette Negron of Allentown and Rafael Irizarry of Texas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
