It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Joan Fobes (West Middlesex, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 18, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sam Evans, Dolores Buchanan and Marsha Edeburn. She is survived by: her husband Gary Fobes; her daughters, Terri Lynn, Manayan Hibpshman of Chapin, SC and Jeanette Renee Hibpshman (Albert) of Beaver Falls, PA; her siblings, Judy Baker (Jack) of Hermitage, PA, Norman Evans (Carol) and Thomas Evans (Karen); and her grandchildren, Justin Hibpshman, Elise Hibpshman and Kyle Hibpshman.
